General Manager

Yusuf CEYLAN was born in Erzurum in 1981 was graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department (2005). After graduation, he took on different positions in various companies operating in the Defense Industry. Later on, he took part in air and land vehicle projects as a Quality, Test and Certification Specialist in the Presidency of Defense Industries, as it is known today. In 2010, when the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant Project has been started, he began to work at the Turkish Atomic Energy Authority and took charged in various positions in TAEK as it was then called until 2018. In 2018, he was appointed as the Head of the Inspection Department at the Nuclear Regulatory Authority, which was established as the Regulatory and Supervisory function of TAEK. In this process, he carried out the processes of establishing the necessary infrastructure and legislation for the inspection of Nuclear Facilities and Radiation Facilities. After 2021, he was appointed as the General Manager of NUTED AŞ, Turkey's Technical Support Company in the nuclear field, and still carries out the processes for the establishment and development of NUTED. He is married and has fathered two children.

Deputy General Manager

He was born in 1976 in Trabzon's Of district. He graduated from Hacettepe University Nuclear Energy Engineering Department in 2003. Between 2003 and 2010, he took part in important projects in the public and private sectors. In 2010, he started to work as a Nuclear Energy Engineer at the Turkish Atomic Energy Agency. Until 2018, he worked as an engineer, trainer, Branch Manager, Head of Department. After the establishment of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority in 2018, he served as the Head of the Department of Radiation Protection and the Department of Safety of Radiation Applications. He has carried out the actual establishment of NUTED A.Ş. since March 2020, and still works as the Assistant General Manager responsible for technical services.

Deputy General Manager

He was born in 1968 in Yahyalı district of Kayseri. He graduated from Kayseri Imam Hatip High School in 1988 and from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1994. Between 1993 and 2002, he worked in different positions in various parties, foundations, associations and non-governmental organizations. In 1994, he did his law internship at Ankara Bar Association and received his Attorney's License. He also served as a consultant to the Turkish Grand National Assembly between 1997-2002. Later, he carried out commercial activities in the fields of food and contracting as a Business Person for about 16 years. He has been working at NUTED A.Ş since June 2020 and carries out the formation and development processes of our company together with his teammates. He is married and has two children.
